Before attending, participants should watch the Upward Feedback Overview in MO Learning to build a strong foundation for the discussion.
ENGAGE 2.0 Upward Feedback training will equip team members with the tools to provide meaningful, constructive feedback that helps supervisors enhance their leadership and management effectiveness.
