Welcome to 2024! The learning framework is rebranded to celebrate a new year, with a modern look, new topics, and the same great content. The annual theme is Everyday Leadership.

“Human Resources” is a common phrase used by team members at all levels. It is used often because it encompasses many areas, like benefits and compensation, recruitment, and talent management initiatives.

Human Resources (HR) is an area that provides services for team members, from recruitment and training to compensation and off-boarding. To be more precise, HR works to implement strategies that land new talent, decide compensation and benefits offerings, and train team members to be successful. Additionally, HR assists organizations with auxiliary functions such as policy development, compliance, and employee relations.

Team members have many resources available through HR. Consider one of the various training opportunities offered by the Office of Administration’s Talent Management team, or contact your department’s training team for other options. Or, consider reviewing the team member discount hub to learn about the various savings opportunities.
